Our contemporary hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites RDU / Brier Creek, has an opportunity for an entry level cook / server to assist our F&B department in the morning.
Days needed are Saturday and Sunday. Hours needed are 6 : 00 am-11 : 00 am.
Job Duties :
- Responsible for delivering the highest quality of food in terms of freshness and taste.
- Prepare, warm and / or cook hot & cold breakfast buffet food items as required by Marriott International and CMC Hotels.
- Provide superior guest service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
Job Requirements :
- Previous hospitality or food service experience is highly desirable.
- MUST be friendly, outgoing, and willing to engage guests in conversation.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- Clean background check
- Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary.
- Ability to handle comments and suggestions.
- ServSafe certified a plus.
