Window System Sweepstakes Rules (2025)

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Apex Windows and Bath Accessories, ACC (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.

The sweepstakes begins when the host event begins and ends when the host event ends (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

To enter, complete an official entry form at the event and deposit it in the designated “Enter to Win” box. Limit one entry per household per event. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period in a random drawing within 14 days from the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The number of winners and odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Each winner will receive a $1,000 coupon to be used towards the purchase of a complete window system (a window system is defined as five windows or more) from Apex Windows and Bath Accessories, ACC. The coupon must be used within 60 days of the drawing date. The coupon cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. No cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable.

The potential winners will be notified by phone at the number provided on their entry form within 4 days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the first attempt to contact them, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within 7 days of notification. Failure to return the required documents within the specified time frame may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

Except where prohibited, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Apex Windows and Bath Accessories, ACC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.
