“Life is beautiful, not easy.” 🌈 I’ve been thinking about this sign from my recent retreat to Peru. Our trip was focused on Resiliency this year.Do you know why I like running and hiking? Because all you have to do is go in a straight line. Life is hard. None of us get spared. I’ve been out of the office the last 2 weeks dealing with a sudden and significant loss of a family member. I ask for your patience in my response to work requests at this time as I get back home and get my feet back under me. I appreciate the hundreds of texts, emails, prayers, and support by our community near and far. ❤️ We heal in community and we all need each other. I have 100% success rate surviving all of my most difficult life moments and so do you! ✨ We will keep going, one step at a time, in this beautiful but not easy life….together. ❤️🫶❤️ Kim

Working with The Resiliency Solution brings me to come incredible places where I get to meet wonderful people doing great work in this world! Spending tomorrow on the NC Coast training the Department of Social Services front line staff and management.
